Lots of things happen with hotel ownership and there are often unique questions that need to be answered. We have years of experience in all aspects of the industry and a curiosity to think outside the box, both which aid in figuring out a solution to that difficult problem.

Examples we have worked on include; disputes over last cash flow relating to a specific event, developing a timeline and schedule for development of multiple hotels in the same market, and helping an owner determine if the FF&E should be leased or purchased. 

 

The most common general consulting is with special assets departments of hotels.  We are able to be a sounding board for what other people tell them, help them find the right broker for the right market, and generally just being the only party they work with that has no conflict of interest in advising them.
