Adam Cowart is the founder and Managing Principal of Cowart Hospitality Advisors, established in 2025. With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Adam specializes in hotel valuation, advisory, and market analysis. Over the course of his career, he has appraised thousands of lodging properties nationwide—from small boutique inns to full-service resorts—in markets of all sizes.

Before launching Cowart Hospitality Advisors, Adam served as Principal at Core Hospitality Advisors and Woodworth Core Group, where he co-led national hotel appraisal practices. He began his appraisal career in 2006 at Cowart Hospitality Services, where he later became Manager. He remains a Vice President at Cowart Hospitality Services, now focused on hotel development, ownership, and management.

Adam holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Auburn University, with a minor in Business Administration. He has been licensed as a certified general appraiser in all 50 states and currently maintains active licenses in approximately 15.
